Terms of Use & Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. I will work under the assumption that you have read and agree to my "Terms of Service."

A. GENERAL1. Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only bound by the Terms of Service and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.2. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.3. All personal information shared for commissions (email, name, any contact address, materials, and other personal requests) will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of completing the artwork.4. The Client (You) and Artist (Me) will agree on the details of the commission such as; theme, style, size, color, etc.5. Please note, my skill level is limited:- 5.1. I can draw: Fanart, OC, Photo References, and Genres or Themes that are acceptable to the majority (such as school life, romance, fantasy, adventure, etc.).- 5.2. I can't draw: Bara (strong muscles), Furry (but if it's a pure human with additional ears and tail, I can still accept it), Mecha, NSFW, and Minority Genres or Themes (such as yaoi, lily, shoujo ai, shounen ai, hentai, etc.).6. All artwork is in digital art form (image jpg, png, etc.) and is transferred digitally.7. The Work-In-Progress images I can provide for you to view include; sketches, line drawings, coloring, rendering, as well as the final artwork. All with a large watermark and with low resolution, will only be removed to a small signature and provided to you in high resolution once you have paid in full.8. Major revisions are allowed before the sketch is complete and minor revisions after the sketch. Any other revisions after the artwork is complete will incur additional charges.9. Roughly, the deadline is 7 days. It can be faster if the request is not complicated and longer than expected if the request is quite complicated. You can set a specific deadline for me, I will try to meet it. But don't expect much if I miss the deadline, I draw with my feelings and my inspiration, if you want maximum results, I hope you can let me draw as I please.

B. PAYMENT1. You pay the down payment (50% of the full price) after I complete the sketch and you approve it, pay the rest (another 50%) after I complete the artwork, and the artwork will be sent to you after payment via email/google drive.2. I will only accept USD via Paypal or Ko-fi (for international friends) and IDR via Gopay or others (for indonesia friends) as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

C. REFUND POLICY1. From the Client's side:- 1.1. No Refund of the down payment (50% of the full price) after the sketch is made and you have paid the down payment, if you suddenly want to cancel the order in the middle of the work process for any reason- 1.2. No Refund of the down payment (50% of the full price) after the sketch is made and you have paid the down payment, if the client loses contact or simply disappears without leaving any message during the work and until the artwork is finished, and even passes the deadline, the client still has not paid in full to pick up the order, I assume that you have cancelled the order.- 1.3. No Refund of Full Payment after the artwork is completed, you have paid in full, I have sent the artwork to you, and you have also received it.2. From the Artist's side:- 2.1. I will refund your down payment (50% of the full price) after the sketch is made and you have paid the down payment, if I suddenly can't complete your commission in the middle of the work process for whatever reason.- 2.2. I will refund your full payment once you confirm the artwork is complete and you have paid in full, if I fail to deliver it to you for any reason.

D. USAGE & COPYRIGHT1. The artist holds the copyright to the artwork. Please note that all of my sales are “Digital Artwork” and it is the Artwork’s “Intellectual Property (IP)” that is purchased by you, the Client.2. I have the right to post it as a portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials (If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission. Privacy fees change based on commission type and complexity, to account for lack of advertising).3. Commission work is for PERSONAL USE only; for personal enjoyment, displaying it in one's home, or using it as a self-expression tool, or even give them as free gifts to friends, relatives, and others.4. You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me (Lazy Seven).5. Clients may not edit, alter, and claim the artwork as their owns.6. It is strictly prohibited to use artwork for AI images, NFTs, and others.7. If you sell your character/art, you may not charge more than what you ordered.8. If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial Use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.9. You can also "Buyout" (purchase full ownership of the artwork, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights) by negotiating with Lazy Seven. Just prepare your highest offer, I will consider whether to accept it or not (Note: I hope to maintain the authorship of the artwork, name that the artwork was created by me, Lazy Seven).
